Riguardo Brian GabermanIn una piccola proprietà agricola nel nord della California vive uno dei fotografi più apprezzati in skateboard, Brian Gaberman. Originariamente dalla East Coast, Brian fu costretto a ovest di perseguire una carriera come skateboarder professionista. Tuttavia, la sua passione per lo skateboard è diventata ancora più evidente da dietro una macchina da presa. La sua prospettiva unica e naturale, anche catturando lo skateboard o la fotografia personale, è stata lodata in tutto il mondo. „A Life in Transition“ explores the working side of Brian Gaberman’s life. A collection of thoughtfully selected action shots and portraits, taken throughout his Element years, from 2006 to present day. Photos from all over the world made on different trips and adventures coming together for the photographer’s first book, with an introduction by Artist & Filmmaker Thomas Campbell and forward by Artist Mat O’Brien.

About Brian Gaberman:
On a small farm property in Northern California lives one of the most highly esteemed photographers in skateboarding, Brian Gaberman. Originally from the East Coast, Brian was compelled west to pursue a career as a professional skateboarder. However, his passion for skateboarding became even more evident from behind a camera. His unique and natural perspective, whether capturing skateboarding or personal photography, has been commended all over the globe. When Brian is not shooting, he can be found cultivating home-grown vegetables and meats for his family on their land. Brian Gaberman also happens to be the youngest photographer ever to be featured in B&W, the acclaimed fine art photography magazine.
